2. Products and Custom Printing (On-Demand)

  • Custom Nature: You acknowledge that Stitch Vaults products are created on-demand. This means production begins only after an order is placed.

  • Color Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical print.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

  • Your Designs: If you upload a design for a custom order, you maintain ownership of that design. However, by uploading it, you grant Stitch Vaults a license to use, reproduce, and print that design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • Copyright Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses/permissions for any content you upload. You agree not to upload any material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Stitch Vaults IP: All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and button icons, is the property of Stitch Vaults and protected by international copyright laws.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiry dates, so that we can complete your transactions.

5. Modifications to Prices and Service

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
